Ezier.ai provides digital subscriptions and credit-based access to Nanobanana 2 AI image generation. This Refund Policy describes when you may be eligible for a refund of fees paid to Ezier.ai.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the billing portal (for example, via “Manage my Billing”). When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current period.
3. Refund Eligibility
Because Ezier.ai provides digital services and Nanobanana 2 credits that may be consumed immediately, we generally do not offer refunds for:
- Used Nanobanana 2 credits or generated images.
- Partial months of service after significant usage.
- Accounts that violate our Terms of Service.
However, we may consider a full or partial refund in limited cases, such as:
- You experienced a persistent technical issue that prevented reasonable use of the Service.
- You contacted support promptly and we were unable to resolve the issue.
All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Cancel your subscription through the billing portal, if applicable.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Unfounded or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your Ezier.ai account and access to Nanobanana 2.
