1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ezier.ai and any Nanobanana 2 related features (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of Ezier.ai and Nanobanana 2, you may need to create an account using your email or a supported identity provider such as Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use Ezier.ai and the Nanobanana 2 image generation features only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

  • Use the Service to create or distribute illegal, hateful, violent, harassing, or otherwise harmful content.
  • Misuse Nanobanana 2 outputs for deceptive purposes, such as impersonation, deepfakes, or fraud.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
  • Access or use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in misuse of Ezier.ai or Nanobanana 2.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

Ezier.ai offers different plans for Nanobanana 2, including a Free plan, Lite plan, and Pro plan. Each plan includes a certain number of credits that may be used for AI image generations and edits. When your credits are exhausted, additional use may require upgrading your plan or waiting for the next billing cycle.

Subscriptions are typically billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly), unless you cancel your subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees.

6. Intellectual Property

Ezier.ai, including its logo, design, text, and user interface, is owned by Ezier.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. The underlying AI models used to power Nanobanana 2 (such as Google Gemini) are owned and managed by their respective third-party providers and are subject to their own terms.

Subject to applicable law and any third-party terms, you may own or have rights to use certain outputs generated by Nanobanana 2 based on your prompts and content. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any generated images complies with all applicable laws and third-party rights.

7. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for the prompts, images, and other content you upload or generate using Ezier.ai and Nanobanana 2 (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to such User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

By using the Service, you grant Ezier.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your User Content only as necessary to provide the Service, including improving user experience and operating features such as History and Explore.

8. Disclaimers

The Service, including all Nanobanana 2 outputs, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any generated images will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezier.ai and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ezier.ai and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update or modify the Service, including Nanobanana 2 features, at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ezier.ai operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
